I’m not sure of her name, but the lady who helped me was the sweetest. She first told me about my rhinestone ring around my push to start button and how those have been causing cars not to start so I took that off , then I couldn’t figure out my Kia connect and my original sales man told me I did not have remote start or anything , well the lady who helped me got it working through Kia connect. It was fast and my car drives great. Thank you guys!

Very good experience. Service and state inspection all completed in less than an hour. Only complaint is inability to ever speak with anyone when calling the service department. It’s all voicemail.

Came in for one recall, service department found 3 additional recalls and managed to complete all 4 during my visit. Staff took the time to explain everything to me and has everything completed in a timely manner. I would rate my experience as OUTSTANDING>?

The only problem was the 3 and 1/2 hour wait - to be told that a part would be ordered, and we would need to come back.
Great experience. Adam was efficient and had a great vibe. I had to bring my toddler and she loved the free snacks. An employee even blew up some balloons to help entertain her which was really appreciated.
Service done in time stated. Friendly staff and informative. Only drawback was no coffee in pot.

Had an appointment at 11AM and service was completed by 12:15. Kelly, at the Service Desk, was very informative as she explained everything that would be done. It was a simple visit, as all I needed was NYS inspection, oil change & tire rotation. The only issue I had that I spoke to Kelly about was too many e-mails reminding me of my appointment. She said she would adjust the notifications.
