Cody Jensen was our sales guy. He was able to move us into a new Kia Carnival EX 2025 from our old Kia Carnival LXS 2022 at a price that made it possible. We have 2 kids and twins on the way. 4 kids under 4 soon. The features in the EX are better for these newest additions to our family.

Service counter staff was friendly and helpful. Arrived at 12:35 for a 1pm appt for an oil change, tire rotation, and three recall items. Prices reasonable and comparable. Waiting area was comfortable with snacks, water, and coffee (passed on the coffee as it smelled burnt) available. Restrooms available and close to waiting area. A loaner car would have been nice so we could have gone somewhere during our wait. We were there until 3:45 waiting on a software update for one of the recall items to finish. After a couple hours it was only 1/4 done so we didn’t complete the process ...

I’m not sure of her name, but the lady who helped me was the sweetest. She first told me about my rhinestone ring around my push to start button and how those have been causing cars not to start so I took that off , then I couldn’t figure out my Kia connect and my original sales man told me I did not have remote start or anything , well the lady who helped me got it working through Kia connect. It was fast and my car drives great. Thank you guys!

nice waiting room good service

Went in for a free inspection because I bought the car there .the service team told me I needed $1600 worth of new tires and repairs. I only have 28,000 miles on the car. including front brakes, alignment: and coolint flushed out. I was upset and took it to my local mechanic. After he inspected the car, he told me this is a crack of bull. My tires had at least 5 to 10,000 more miles on it. My front brakes were in good shape and he never heard of a coolant Being flushed out in a 2019 car. Some free inspection that was. I ...

Very thorough, professional, helpful, respectful, keep customers informed. It's almost like dealing with family.

I received paperwork stating I needed services that I had just had done. They said I need new tires soon when my tires have less than 5000 miles on them. They said my car has 93000 miles when it actually has 103500. When I asked to have this corrected she became flustered and tried to take back the paperwork they gave me stating all this. I did appreciate the complimentary but my suspicions are now aroused.

Sam did a great job showing us the vehicles and explaining the differences between them so I could make the best choice for me. Sam made the process very easy and relaxed. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the best car for myself. I am enjoying my 2024 Wolf gray Telluride!!

Very good experience. Service and state inspection all completed in less than an hour. Only complaint is inability to ever speak with anyone when calling the service department. It’s all voicemail.

The only problem was the 3 and 1/2 hour wait - to be told that a part would be ordered, and we would need to come back.

Great experience. Adam was efficient and had a great vibe. I had to bring my toddler and she loved the free snacks. An employee even blew up some balloons to help entertain her which was really appreciated.
